This is a lovely compact violet wand dating from the early 1930s - making it around 80 years old. Naturally fully refurbished. and with an excellent range of the most popular electrodes.

The case covering and metalwork (except the base of the case)is all 1930s original and in excellent condition. The interior has been refurbished in a lovely blue cotton velvet interior - to match the original.

The control unit is removable and has a knob on the side which controls the power - it is made of a lovey brown bakelite and is in excellent condition.

Power ranges from a medium low to high and is controlled by the knob on the side of the unit.. For the technically minded this adjusts the contact breakers rather than a rheostat - but gives a good range of power levels.

Naturally we have checked out the electrics and replaced all the capacitors and the cables, double insulated the interior wiring, cleaned the contact breakers and tuned the unit. We have fitted a UK plug - but for overseas customers we can fit anything you like - for free.
